Does it detect Cable Break Point?

Yes detect breck point,after 1year now working my voltage tester.

can we use it to detect electric junction box inside wall? plaster is done on wall so electirx boxes are invisible.

If the box is dug deep inside the wall it will not detect live electric current. It has to be tangent to the live line for detection. You may try a wifi tester instead. This wont work inside walls.
