This footrest works well. It is sturdy. It adjusts to any angle as the underneath has numerous notches to get just the right height and tilt needed. The length is fine even if you had longer feet -you're not standing on it...just propping up your foot so your guitar is higher. the material on the top has some grids so your foot won't slip (don't it would anyway) Don't over complicate what it is- it's a simple piece to prop a foot up on. The price is great.

I love this thing. I've had one for 9 months at time of writing. It's held up great in that time, no signs of wear or any mechanical issues. It's proven to be good quality for the money. It's more than reasonably sized for what it is, and the different position settings allow for a very easy and comfortable use. I very much enjoy playing rocksmith at my computer desk and will spend a few hours sitting while playing, this foot rest helps me keep my posture from slouching too much.
