Easy steps to follow nice fitting very comfortable overall great product I like it very much and hope u do too

Good for powerlifters and strength athletes not good for combat sports.
The product is quite thick, so its very good if you want to crush your teeth against it during heavy lifts. But, as it is so thick you won't be able to maintain proper breathing so may not be good for any kind of MMA. It would be better to get your own mouth guard from a dentist if you are in combat sports but if you are in strength activities those will crack pretty easily and this won't. As for fitting it was quite small when it came. But, as directed, I boiled and made molded it and it fit perfectly after only 1 attempt so didn't see any issues there.

A total waste of money
Bad fit, bad engineering, bad quality, even for 300 bucks it's bad. If you're serious then spend around 1000 more bucks and get some recognised brand like venum for example

It's a good product for experienced athletes but maybe not beginners.Is a little hard to mould to your mouth, takes multiple tries to boil & mould.The mouth guard is on the harder side so provides good protection but is also tougher to mould to your mouth.The print doesn't fade away even after 3 months of regular use.Will work better during weight lifting workout if you squat, deadlift or bench heavy & grind your teeth or bite your tongue rather than sparring or fighting.Good product for ₹299.

Workouts/fighting
It's a great mouth guard but it will take more than one try to mould in perfectly.I am using this for gym as lifting heavy makes your teeth grind it good for that and for fighting purpose's it is also a great mouth guard for that too .
