Perfect for all the home hacks.
This stuff is awesome. Perfect for the most random repairs. Fixed my trash can lid, isn't fancy looking but works. Definitely keep in the fridge if not using (per package directions), made the mistake a couple years back and went to get the stuff and it was hard as a rock.

BEST STUFF!
This is great stuff. Moldable and super strong. Best part is that it is removable without damage if you’re careful. Did not give it 5 stars because it’s too expensive.

Saved my dying charger cable
really good to use, has saved my dying charger wire. Blessed to have found sugru. It takes time to understand how to mold it, but once you give it the attention, you're all set. I have noticed other parts of wire coming out, it probably could be because of my rough use.

It Sticks
Used this to affix an action camera mount to my riding helmet. I can happily say that not only does this stuff stick, it sticks well. The camera (Ace Pro 2) is not light, but the sugru is holding up great. Heck it's so great that even a branch that caught it hard enough to yank my head to the side wasn't enough to pull it off. 10/10

Useful moldable putty for special needs projects
This is the second time I've purchased this putty over the course of a few years and it's useful for projects such as changing the controller head of my game controller as seen in my pictures. The small nub of a controller head on my Logitech G13 gamepad is pretty uncomfortable with use over time. Sugru allows me to essentially glue on a new controller head on top of that uncomfortable numb and it lasted the entire lifetime of the controller under heavy use without coming off or even coming loose for that matter (nearly 3 years and thousands of hours of use). So why not 5 out of 5 stars?Well for...1) I feel it's way over priced. It really shouldn't cost as much as it does for how little you get.2) It expires rather quickly (becomes hard and unmoldable within the individual wrapped packages).3) And finally, I dislike how they removed the expiration date from the outside of the box so you can no longer tell how fresh it is unless you break open the box. As you can see, the expiration date is shown on the individual packages within, but for example, if you were to buy this at a brick and mortar store, where sometimes products sit on the shelves for months or possibly years, you would have no way of telling how close it is to the expiration date (obviously this doesn't apply to online ordering, you wouldn't be able to cherry pick the best date anyway). Before this was not the case and you could see the expiration printed from the outside. I feel like this was done intentionally which doesn't sit well with me. Thus, the negatives mentioned here are why it gets 3 out of 5 stars in my book.

Really good at what it does.
I found sugru a few years ago, and have bought it off and on as needed for different projects. In the description its called a 'super glue' - well, sort of. To me, it's more like a self-curing modeling clay with glue mixed in. It sticks to what I put it on, cures without having to be put into a kiln, and can be shaped to lots of uses. But I won't use it to stick two pieces of a broken cup together - it would work, but the seam would have to be pretty thick. And it isn't food grade. What I have used it for: protect USB wire where it enters the plug, put a loose handle back on a skillet solidly, and add a hand grip to it - sugru's heat resistant, and has had no trouble with my x-hot burner turned all the way up, no discoloration, bubbling, etc. at all. I put little blobs of sugru on the ends of hooks to make them gentler on my clothes - I'd like to say they were little globes, but I didn't make them that perfect - but they do work perfectly. I put oil on the inside of a bottle cap and used it to mold bumpers for my toilets to keep the seat cover from pushing the top cover off - I wasn't sure how long that would take to cure, but in 24 hours it was fine; still there, unobtrusively doing the job. And I've used it to replace those little rubber feet that are always falling off of things. None of the sugru feet have fallen off yet.And what is VERY important for me is that this does NOT have a strong, lingering smell. I'm chemically sensitive, so a lot of the glues, molding products, epoxy's and such out there would give me a really bad day - or month. It does have some smell, but it doesn't last more than a few minutes after the packet is opened, and is not a strong smell - even so, some things would still be a problem with a mild smell, but I haven't had any problems with this, despite my sensitivity, so I'd say this would not bother someone who is not particularly sensitive to what's in it.
