Just a quick review. I assembled and installed these today. The pieces could use some tubular support at the bolt points but the heavy gauge stainless steel helps make up for that. There really aren’t any instructions but assembly is self explanatory. Even came with nuts and bolts for mounting the condenser. Only. Complaint is that it didn’t come with enough flat washers. For the price this can’t be beat. Finally, I weigh about 250# and I was able to lift myself onto two brackets and there was zero deflection.

Having received the product, which appears very sturdy, stable, well designed and manufactured, has nice appearance and is a great value - it lacks one particular enhancement. The description states it is capable of applications up to 36 K btu units. The one I've chosen is a Mr Cool 36 K unit which requires mounting points 15.91" apart in depth. The existing pre cut holes are about 1.6" too short. Being constructed of stainless steel, a material that is very difficult to drill, it requires either a heavy duty hydraulic punch, or a plasma cutter. In my case the plasma cutter was used to create the one extra oval slot per side, to enable mounting my mini split. I would request the manufacturer to update their product with that one additional slot.

I'm using these to support an 18,000 btu 125 lb. ac unit that goes through the wall of my cabin. In my case I used an angle grinder to shorten the top brace's a few inches and used lag bolts to attach to the wall instead of the supplied anchor bolts.Will never have to worry about the unit falling as these brackets are sturdy steel. Really easy to install and fine-tune on the outside wall after you get the ac cabinet in and tilted down a little.

Works well and feels very strong. Up now for about 4 months. Did not use included mounting anchor bolts but they did look pretty good. Very happy with this and love that it won’t rust away.

Bracket doesn’t come with enough washers to be assembled Properly. Isn’t really big enough to be used for a unit larger than 1 ton. Has no vibration dampening. Bolts to mount mini split are egregiously short. Not enough washers there either.

We have bought many of these brackets. They work very well. Very sturdy. Highly recommend.

I love the quality of the stainless steel and would probably buy again. That being said, I did not use the anchors because I did not have a metric masonary drill. I ended up going to the hardware store and buying Tapcon anchors that use a standard 1/4" bit. I also had to buy stainless steel washers because the anchors would have been too narrow for the mounting holes. My second trip to the hardware store was to purchase longer stainless steel bolts because the ones supplied were too shore. My third trip to the hardware store was to return the bolts I purchased so I could purchase wider bolts because the 8mm bolts with the supplied washers fell through the Mr. Cool mounting holes. I ended up purchasing 3/8" stainless steel bolts, nuts, washers and lock washers.
