Man, I've heard a lot of good things about these jeans and really wanted to like them. The construction and quality of the denim seems everything they promised but I have one major compliant: the front pockets are super shallow. If I put anything larger than a stick of chapstick in there, it sticks out the top and jams into my waist when I try to sit down. I am going to take it to my tailor to see if they can salvage them but I wouldn't buy another pair if they are all going to be like this.

It is a much looser fit than expected.

Order up multiple sizes. 36" was fit like 32".

These are great jeans as long as you keep in mind that they're designed to be tight and with a very low waist, and with short pockets to keep the contents from showing up as ugly bulges on your thighs. If you don't want close fitting jeans then these aren't for you. Personally, I've always had trouble finding jeans that aren't huge through the butt and thighs, so I like them. As for construction, the fabric is heavy and durable, the stitching is solid, and the they stay dark through multiple washings. This is really rare in modern jeans when old staples like Levi's are now made out of cheap, flimsy fabric and is good to find.

The front pocket is so small and iPhone sticks out. The rise is so small they look and feel like girls pants.

A lot of reviewers have rightly said that these run small. Not only do they run small, they run small *compared to other Unbranded Straight Fit* jeans. I've been buying UB301's for a while and wanted to try these. They are way too tight in the waist, which means they ride high, which means the 34 inseam is too short. You can compare the sizing chart for the UB301s and these UB355's on Unbranded site and see that compared to the tag size these are an inch smaller waist. Such a bummer considering they only make even sized pants. So going up a size would probably be too much =(
