I rarely write reviews, but this time one is more than appropriate.The first brass plate I ordered was beautiful. The quality of the brass plate was superb, the layout was perfect and my "Special Instructions" were followed to the letter. The bad news is that a space was omitted after a comma and every time I looked at it, all I could see was that missing space. In my mind, I was certain I had not sent the copy in that way, so I emailed Customer Service to explain the problem. Jen promptly emailed me back with what I had sent and to my embarrassment, the mistake was my fault. Nonetheless, Jen offered to remake the plate as a courtesy. No one could ask for anything more than that!Today I received the replacement and it was perfect. If I need an engraved brass plate again, I know I'll not need to look any further that this company. My thanks to Jen!

Beautiful!! Was at first questioning of needing to have only 3 lines out of 5 (I was wondering if that would result in smaller letters), but it actually came out great, scaled to nice big letters!! Wonderful job, very happy!!

This was the best deal i found for an engraved brass plaque of this size. The adhesive was inadequate for the wood base i placed it on. I had to reinforce it with wood glue. My only knock was the site didn’t let me choose the “screws” option as opposed to the adhesive option.

This is the real deal. A very nice metal plaque with lots of font choices and very nicely produced. It was easy to order and it arrived very quickly. I could not be happier. Some of the plaques I looked at on Amazon seemed nice but it was only when you read the comments that you discovered that they were actually not metal but plastic - and this was not mentioned in the description. But this plaque is the real deal, AND it was $8 less expensive than the bogus one I nearly bought! I got it with the adhesive, which works very well. It is for an indoor memorial so I am not sure how long the adhesive will last, but the plaque is quality and should last even if the adhesive has to be reapplied at some point in the distant future.

Used this on my parent's memory benches after they passed away. The plates are high quality, professionally done and honors my parents well. They look very classy. Going to keep this supplier's website readily available in case I need some additional plates in the future. VERY PROUD to have them displayed in honor of my parents.
