Usually when i wear a soft eye pencil , it smudges, so i have to wear a liner on the lower lid, to seal it, but this pencil does not smudge, i have even worn it to the gym!โ โ ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐOnly issue is that it has to be re touched a lot, as its not long lasting.

Great cruelty free eye pencil, great value for money
I have purchased this eye pencil on several occasions already, as Amazon often has very good deals. I can confirm that it is waterproof and the tone is a wonderful black.
