Morocco's olive oil is the best!
After listening to the famous Dr. G, I researched oils from Morocco, and ultimately ordered 5 brands that was continuously featured. This is the oil I would recommend for salads. Smooth, very creamy mouthfeel, and not a heavy bite at the finish. First, the aroma is delightful, the first flavor is mild olives, followed by the smooth butter-cream with a bit of pepper finish. It’s great as a dipping oil but I prefer using in my salad dressings. It’s not overpowering as a dressing. My favorite is 1 cup olive oil, half cup lemon juice, 2 pinches red pepper flakes, 4 large cloves garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt; blitz in bullet/blender for a few minutes to emulsify and break up the garlic! Original recipe calls for 1/2 cup grated Parmesan, but I find it becomes to thick once refrigerated and add at the table instead. Remove from fridge an hour before using to soften.

Excellent but expensive
I love this oil, much better taste than supermarket brands. Also should be much healthier. But the cost at nearly $40 per smaller size bottle stops me from buying it all of the time. Have to stick with Colavita.

Good!
I've been trying different brand of Moroccan olive oil and this is the best so far. You can taste the freshness (bitter) and you can taste the polyphenol (spicy). Smells flowery to me. I take this for health, raw right out of the bottle. It's too expensive to cook with and heat will destroy all the goodness. It came in a fancy box like fine wine.

Very Nourishing Oil to the Soul
Been buying this oil for several years now. I Love this oil in salads alone or even just on your face and skin! I also use it when frying items, but try not to waste it too much for that, cause it cost so much. HIGHLY good for your body in general. You can even drink a 1/4 cup before you go to bed and be a new person the next day. Love Love Love it!
