yes, I think it helped
After taking these my knee pain was pretty much gone, then I I couldn't get more and decided to get some from Costco. they were way too large, couldn't swallow them. and my knee pain came back. so now I am hoping I can continue getting these.

Works great
I really love this stuff works great it relieves my pain All day long and I no longer take pain medication this relieves it and the only thing I don't like about it is the capsules so I pour the capsules in my smoothie every morning and that takes care of that or it's great I recommend this product

Haven't really noticed much of a difference. You have to take three relatively large pills and they're in capsule form so you can't cut them.

No more knee pain
My knee was hurting when walking up hills and somewhat when walking on flat areas. I was planning to go to a doctor for advice. My friend recommended this supplement since it alleviated his knee pain. This product worked great for me even though clinical studies do not support its benefits. I no longer have pain when walking.

Good for inflamation
I bought this for my mom who suffers from arthritis and wanted to find other ways to ease her discomfort. She is very happy with it and feels better. It has helped with her inflamation
