This is a great product. I'm so impressed. I have 19 food allergies, with dairy being one of them, and I'm so happy to find new products that help me feel a bit more normal. I've missed ice cream for about 8 years, since all this allergy nonsense started. There are just a few small frozen products that I can actually consume, and they are really costly (with very limited flavor options).My family bought me an ice cream machine for my birthday this year, so I could experiment on my own. I ordered this product, just to see what I could do with it, and it makes coconut milk ice cream turn out so rich, creamy, and delicious.I just blend up a can with a can of coconut milk or coconut cream, plus whatever flavors or fruit sound good, toss it in the ice cream machine, and it comes out perfect every time. My fiancee even says it "tastes like real ice cream" which is impressive considering how picky and critical he is about foods and food products.The only problem I have here is that I can now make deliciously creamy and addictive homemade ice cream in under 30 minutes, and so I can't stop eating ice cream now. I guess I need to buy this in larger quantities than 6 to keep up with all my recent experimenting. LOL.I saw they also have this in a squeeze bottle, so I'm going to try that next and see what other ideas I can come up with for how to use this. Wondering if it would be good in my coffee or tea. . . I'm also wondering if I could come up with a way to make caramels from this.Very impressed. A+ and thank you for making products with limited, clean ingredients to help out those of us who can't eat all the "regular" stuff.

Amazing product! Third time I have ordered pack of 6. I have used it in vegan fudge and sweets. It turns into Dulce De Leche if u pressure cook or boil cans. I have tried making my own condensed milk but it doesn’t have the consistency I like and it takes a long time. Yes it has a coconut flavor because it made from coconut milk. You can easily mask it using chocolate or peanut. I see there are no additives which I have seen in other vegan condensed milk. It is very sweet but can easily be balanced with salt but all types of condensed milk are sweet. Product is excellent and can be substituted for dairy if u find the right recipe online. Will definitely buy more in the future.

it is delicious in baked goods that require sweetened condensed milk. I highly recommend the substitution especially if you are lactose intolerant.

I was looking for a non dairy substitute so I could make porridge. This did the job. It is actually sweet as the regular condensed milk to me. I watch a video that stated it wasn't as sweet and ended up pouring too much. The taste was no difference that I could really tell from the regular. I already had coconut in it so I did not noticed a powerful coconut flavor from it. I do wish that they have deals on this. I seen it later at my local supermarket (Cherry Valley) for about $4.79 +. I got 6 here for about $24. So I'm better with that. I hope this helped

Very nice, I ordered this just because I wanted to have something t that would add another level of sweetness in my rice pudding and cakes like my milk cakes especially. I will really say that this was such a very great move and a very very nice and wonderful idea for my cakes (all of my cakes) I really made a great option saying so myself and I will forever thinking so myself and I will always continue to add this in all of my cakes and many of my recipes involving condensed milks. Great move and I will always and forever adding this milk to my breakfast cereals.

Have been making my own sweetened condensed coconut milk for Gemma Stafford's two-ingredient homemade dairy-free ice cream base. When I saw this product on Amazon, I thought I would give it a try. It's got a beautiful consistency and only a gentle hint of coconut. I think anyone who uses condensed milk for things would be thrilled with this dairy-free alternative. It is quite sweet, and maybe a little too sweet for me, but I make my homemade coconut milk ice cream with a dash of stevia and very little sugar. So, I'm conditioned for less sweetness. I know you can make caramel from boiling a can of regular condensed milk. I'm curious what would happen if I boiled a can of this. Would I get a coconut milk caramel? If I try it, and it works in a couple weeks, I'll come back and edit my review.
