This vitamin is for both Men and Women, not tailor made for either. It is a solid choice for a general vitamin supplement which is not sex specific in its contents or quantities. The best thing about this vitamin (other than the comprehensive nature of its vitamin and minerals) is its price. It is very reasonably priced on Amazon... and you can set it up to be auto-replenished using Amazon Prime's subscription feature will will allow you to get it less expensively going forward without having to even pay attention about when to reorder it (since you control the subscription frequency).

My Mom used to get these vitamins for free with her Medicare and gave me a bottle to try. They have everything the big name brand has at a fraction of the price, so I was happy to find them here on Amazon. I highly recommend for seniors looking for a multivitamin without breaking the bank. All you are really paying for at the end of the day is the name.
