I bought my unit directly from Jenesco around 11 yrs+ ago. It’s functioned great and cleaned/deodorized the air for over a decade. I was living in a heavily polluted area that produced a lot of plastics/polymers and developed asthma. I ran this unit 24/7 on low in my bedroom bath and was able to breath well enough to sleep at night comfortably. We moved to another house that had carpet that reeked of dirty dog. I shampooed the 20 yr old carpet twice and ran the ozone machine on high for about a week and a half. It greatly reduced the odor, but I didn’t have more time to run it on high because my other rental ended and I had to move in. I couldn’t leave it on high when we went out because of the pets.. It takes 2-4 wks on high to completely get rid of odors on a whole house. By the time we moved out of the rental you could barely smell the nasty 20 yr old carpet. I used it for a couple years in our current home, but they don’t have the plastic/polymer facilities so I didn’t really need it. I use it when we travel because the there’s always some privileged ass that smokes in the non-smoking hotels and this enables me to breath. It’s sat on the table turned off for a while and I’ve noted the plates needs cleaned/replaced and am sending it in the be serviced. Highly recommend for everyday jobs and travel.

Unit does an excellent job and produces noticeably strong O3 levels in a medium size room.

About the timer complaint above. These timers need to be first cranked all the way to wind the spring up and then you back down to the time you want it to run. It’s the same way the old kitchen timers always worked. And also all people are always worried about to much ozone and it’s completely false what’s all going around with the ozone scare. I’m so tired of hearing all the false flames of its danger. If it is so dangerous then you all better get rid of your white blood cells that are your immune system because all they do to kill parasites and neutralize or break down toxins in the body is they take vitamin-C and produce ozone and that’s whats also in the colostrum of mothers milk to protect babies from disease. Ozone and peroxide are the same element that the earth has used to keep our air clean since the beginning of time and kills all diseases and they can never become immune to it. I found the only time it is to much or dangerous is if you feel your eyes burn or lungs burn. We are our own danger level test this way. All else is lies because the food and drug corporations know it cures diseases and they don’t want their profits ruined so the scare us and regulate the safe level so low that you’ll never be cured of anything. I know because I inhaled peroxide like a mad dog for two weeks straight after my doctor gave me one year to live 14 yeas ago and this is why I’m a,Ive and well today completely cured, I was cured in a week and a half inhaling this and continued it for a couple months everyday until I stopped coughing up Clem that was simply just cleaning my lungs from smoking and then my lungs were no longer painful and I no longer was gasping for air and could run better then two cousins that were non smokers and were 15 years younger and went to the gym three times a week.It’s time to stop all the lies against this beautiful thing of god and nature that is being attacked.I hope this gets around and we put a stop to the lies.As a side note it’s not good to keep the level of ozone low because of danger to ourselves but to keep it as low as necessary to not rot our products of leather or rubber like speaker foam or surrounds and refrigerator gaskets. That all I found dangerous in all my years of heavy and extensive use of these types of professional high power machines.I’ve slept with one on every night for over a year with it on so high that it was just on the verge of burning my eyes and lungs and I was fine and felt great. It just runined allot of things is all. Stuff became sticky and such.I hope this truth helps ore and more people now.

The timer function does not work properly. It said from 15 minutes to 12 hours, but it will not start working until you go almost to an hour, so no quickie runs! Seems to work really well, otherwise.

Unit seems to be well constructed with tight fitting components and feels sturdy. No guidance as to what power or time to use for different purposes in the manual. Unit is basically ready to go out of the box.. The power knob has no indicators at all, just a knob. So turn it left for off, full right for full on, and guess from there.Edit: I am revising my review. I believe I received a defective unit which can happen with any company. Jenesco has been in touch with me, I feel they will take care of me through the return process, and they have stated they will let me know what they find out with the unit I am returning. My unit was a 1 star, guessing one of their typical units would be a 5 star...I'm giving a 3 just to meet in the middle. Wish I had a functioning unit to review, on paper this seemed to be ideal but my experience didn't work out and ordered another brand to get some rentals ready to turn over.
