I started using this three months ago and my hair is substantially thicker and looking more healthy. I’ve noticed myself and other people have commented. Definitely recommend.

I have had strong nails all my life (family members say my sister and I inherited beautiful nails from our Grandmother). But has I have grown older I find my nails having trouble retaining moisture, becoming brittle and peeling. No amount of lotions or hand & nail treatments have helped. I decided to try this product and WOW!. My nails have stopped peeling, are strong and grow incredibly fast. Although it has not done much to thicken my hair, my hair does grow faster than it used to (my stylist always complains that it is "deceptively long" when I go in for a trim). I have been using this product monthly for the past six months and will continue to use. It is a good source of Vitamins A & E, and B complex vitamins. I am happy with the results. (Note: B Vitamins are water soluble and yes, they will make you pee yellow no matter what brand of B Vitamin supplements you use).

I'm on my 4th bottle & considering canceling my subscription because my nails are peeling, my facial skin is getting small white bumps under the skin (not pimple or whiteheads), I have dry patches on my face I've never had before and my hair is beginning to fall again. BEFORE I switched to this, I took Dermaven hair skin and nails vitamins and I while my hair stopped falling and I have no facial skin issues, my nails never became hard, but they never peeled. I think I'm having issues because I've been off the Dermaven so I'm back to square one. It seems this product is not only not working, but might just be causing new issues (nail peeling/skin). In all the years I took Dermaven, there were a couple of times I stopped it and each of those times, my hair fall returned. When I got back on it, the hair fall stopped. I had hoped this product would keep my hair from falling but I'm at the point where I believe it's not effective. Plus I know hair goes in 4 stages: growth, transition, resting, and shedding. Maybe I'm just in the shedding phase, I don't know. But I sure don't like how my skin and nails are at this point. I switched due to lower cost of the NOW & I usually trust them. So no clue what to do. :( I decided to go back to PRL Dermaven (now called Hair Skin Nails)
