the steam engine is high and good but the parts not in good quality

This is the worst product i have ever bought from amazon! After few weeks of buying it it started leaking very hot water which cause our nanny a very bad injury in her hand! We then contacted amazon for a return but they refused to take it back! They said u can only fix it with the vendor and im not able to reach them out.. so im busing a new one now and loosing all the money i have paid for the product and for the check up we did to the nanny .. really unexpected from amazon to do such thing for a loyal customer who buys from them on weekly if not daily bases. I dont advice anybody to buy this product or even buy any electronic devises from amazon as its unfortunatly not trusted..

Bought 2 of this. First one served its time ( about 4yrs) before stopped working.

Convenient on my ironing routine

It worked good for one year then the nosle broke, where I can find spare part for this ?? Please help

Very bad , stopped working after 3 uses

Wonderful but bit bulky so you need space for it. Works like a professional steamer
