Slow results in the beginning but really helped!
Started taking this back around late February 2023. Managed to lose around 33 pounds as of June 2023. Of course some exercise helps here and there (though to be completely honest I just walked most of the time as I have no personal time to really go out and exercise properly rather than trying to get as much steps in as I can in a day) but it also made me feel more awake and active over time as well. It’s really slow acting but I’ve began to see the results and a lot of my clothes have begun to feel a lot more looser. I’d say just be patient with the results.

I use this as per a recommended from my Dobermans Cardiologist and Internal Medicine specialist for maintenance of his DCM ( enlarged heart .)Many Veterinarian Cardiologists recommend the use of L Carnitine in dogs suffering from heart disease. My boy gets no GI upset from these . It seems to work well and I am able to pour the capsule into his food. He eats it up. I realize this is for humans, please refer to your DVM prior to any administration.However , I can say that if it is easier on his stomach then this may be easier on human stomachs as well.I order a ton of supplements from this company and seller for my dog. They always arrive in 1 day or two , packed nicely and if he has an issue with any of them they always return it. I love that they keep it natural and do not add all the extra harmful ingredients. If it is safe for my dog that must be a good sign.
