SereneLife Waterproof Boat Bimini Top Cover

That is a lot of bimini for the money. Good quality, excellent price, easy install, fast shipping (next day), the only thing I noticed is the stitching on the black nylon straps needed to be resewn. Boat dealers quoted me $1,000 to $2500 to put a bimini on my small Yamaha boat and this allowed me to have shade for $150 and a couple hours of my time. This appears to be made in the USA from the quality of the produce and the clear professional instructions. The only thing there is that they failed to instruct us on the size of drill bit to use for the brackets that screw to the boat.

Looked at alot of different tops for 600 and 700 $. Figured out the size of those and took a gamble on this one for 200 $ and I'm so glad I did. Great quality and easy to assemble. The only problem I had was the screws trying to break putting them in. I got the 96"x 85-90"x 54" works perfect for the XP 200 catfish xpress. I'm 5' 10" and can walk underneath with no problem. I mounted mine on the step deck instead of the top rail and it works perfect.

The unit itself is generally well made and is easy to set up and install. It's easier with help but I did it alone. Once properly installed, it is solid and works well. THe only weak point that I ran into was not the fault of the unit. Check your gunwalls. Are they level or slanted. Level (90°to the uprights) is good. If slanted (NOT 90°) , you will need swivel bases otherwise your uprights will not join properly with the bases. The angle becomes a very weak point and it will break as it is plastic. I had to purchase swivel bases to accomodate the angle of the uprights to my gunwall. With swivel bases, it installed in minutes and is very secure. I would buy it again.

I'm not sure how easy it is to install, as we had someone install it for us, but it is very easy to lower when needed. It also withstood quite a bit of wind, so I highly recommend it.

It was easy to install and set up on my boat. It’s perfect to have for the hot summer days and taking my 4 year old son fishing so he has shade. It is the perfect color green to go with my boat!

Nice frame, good fit. Nice color both sides of fabric althou could have been thicker material. Could of been double stitched. Not one piece of extra hardware. My biggest complaint is that the instructions do not tell you where to mount the hardware brackets, I had to assume the middle bracket went in the middle of the 8 ft span, and that the end brackets were directly at the ends of the span. It turned out to work ok, but there should of been something to tell you that rather than the funny cartoon drawings. Overall a nice item.

We went years before purchasing a Bimini cover. We Love it. Watched a video on how to put it onto our 16 ft fishing boat. We've used it 3 summers. Love it

For this price point I was impressed with the construction of the metal work and the canvas top. Fairly easy to install even though I had to modify the rear support legs to fit my personal taste to not have anything to stub my toes on screwed to the deck. All other connections were made inside the cockpit on the side wall with again two vertical main bow mounts. Installation took about three hours with all of my modifications.

I ordered this "new" and not Amazon resale. Box had obviously been opened (looked like a couple of times) and the pieces appeared to have been assembled, then taken apart again. It was obviously not "new". I don't mind buying Amazon resale and find the descriptions (like new, few scratches, etc.) to be fair and accurate. However, when I buy something new I expect it to be new. Amazon was pretty good about it, especially after I sent them the pictures of the labels glued on top of on another (can't fake that). Still...new should be new. As for the bimini top itself? It's what I expected. Straightforward setup and does the job.

It took a little figuring and planning but it went on great. A 5/32 drill bit was the perfect size for a pilot hole in the aluminum rub rail. The brackets you mount to that rail or edge of boat are beveled. The tubing fits in easier if you have them the right way to compensate for the angle of the surface you're mounting to. I have it mounted fairly far forward to give shade and protection up front but leave the rear open for fishing.

Easy set up and great quality. Definitely the best bang for your buck.
