Nature's Bounty Evening Primrose Oil, Cold Pressed, 1000mg, 60 Count

Easy to swallow and a staple in my household. I take it occasionally to help deal with my hormonal breast pain. I know the research on evening primrose oil for breast pain is limited, but someone recommended it to me about 10 years ago, and it has helped me ever since. Of course, everyone's experience may be different so do talk to your doctor if you want to use it for breast pain.

I use EPO for my neuropathy and can’t find it at any drugstores I can count on Amazon to have it at a decent price. EPO taken at night calms the pins and needles in my feet.

I have been having some breast pain and tenderness, especially when it's close to my time of the month and these capsules have been really helpful. I haven't even been taking them everyday. It doesn't have a smell or taste, not sure if when the capsules burst you will smell or taste it because I haven't burst any open and I don't plan to. I just don't like the size even though it's not difficult to swallow. Just wish it was smaller.

Can use for insomnia. It warms the lungs when body is cold. Dose, a couple weeks.

I have tried other evening primrose supplements and had no results. These are effective for eliminating breast pain from complex cysts. I take 1 a day and I no longer have sharp pains in my breasts. For reference I am 49 years old and have been experiencing pain for about 3 years. This is my third bottle and my pain is gone!

This work wonders especially for peri menopause

My previous brand of primrose oil was from ioth. Used it for a long while and started seeing results slow. But, when I shifted to this brand on a hunch,my observation has been that the results are more pronounced and better. Have faced pcos issues for long with hair fall,weight gain ,cramps during menstruation etc. Within a month of starting to use this brand,have seen a noticable change in all issues.Do not know if this is the reason or my resuming consumption of CLA capsules which I restarted after a break as per my dietitian advice. But, nonetheless happy with the results. Update: Have continued this product and as of August have lost weight up to 8 kgs with no specific exercise and only diet restrictions. This has increased my confidence in this product. Also trying a newer and stronger Now Super primrose. Will post reviews post 2 months use. If not satisfactory,shall shift back to Natures bounty again.
