I ordered a 1.25” thick acrylic name plate . When it arrived I was very happy how it turned out - but then I saw a big chip on the top of it. I immediately contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement which was received a few days later. I didn’t even have to return the damaged one. I wish that all sellers were this easy to deal with. Five stars for them for a beautiful product and great customer service.
