I bought two of these, so far so good. I am using them with water filters, they don’t come with the machine, but most bottled water and commercial water is hard! Machine makes great creamy coffee, you need to read the manual and learn all it’s quirks…machine can be set to make extra hot coffee and the grinder has 5 steps adjustments, love it

Here we are! Rating: 5 Excellent Machine with great value for money! Being a German brand I had high expectations for this machine and surely it didn’t disappoint. It does everything I had hoped for and more. It brews great coffee, is very quiet and very easy to clean compared to other machines. I love that I can easily adjust the volume knob to get a short espresso or lungo, and that I can select the coffee strength I want. I was also pleased to see that I can adjust the grinding size to make my coffee coarse or fine. And I added a water filter to improve my water quality. I’m happy with my decision!

I purchased this machine via Amazon in October 2024. I had been looking a bean to cup machine and this fell into my budget. I absolutely love it. There's no complicated settings or bells and whistles or timers or unnecessary gadgets with this machine. Not even a milk frother! It does however makes perfect espresso. As an Americano is my coffee of choice this machine is perfect for me. I just add the double espresso it produces to 90° water from my smart kettle and viola a perfect Americano. If you want to make speciality coffees (which all need espresso as their base) you can buy a separate milk frother. The machine is quite small which is a plus but it does have limited water and bean capacity. As I'm the only coffee drinker in my household this isn't an issue. The actual real reason for this review is as follows though....the machine unfortunately developed a fault of some sort in November 2025 and stopped working. I contacted Melitta who agreed to fix it under warranty and give me the details of their repair agent here in Northern Ireland. Luckily it was just up the road from me. It was fixed by them within 24 hours! So basically less than a week from me contacting Meliitta about the fault it been fixed and back to me. Absolutely phenomenal customer service. No nonsense, no drama. Highly recommended machine, company and customer service. Very impressed.

Great coffee machine but disappointing. It wasn’t the Australian electrical connection and had to do a foreign connection to do it to the Australian one. I would’ve thought if it was getting sent to Australia they would’ve sent an Australian Electrical connection.

Kapsüllü makineler için doldurulabilir çelik kapsül, hazır kapsül, ne varsa kullandım. Net olarak ifade edebilirim ki, düzenli olarak espresso tüketiyorsanız, bu makineyi veya emsallerini alın geçin. Sebebini söyle ifade edeyim: ev kullanıcısı hızlı ve standart kahve ister. makine bunu sağlıyor. Kahve öğütme, kapsül hazırlama vs derdi yok. Hazırladığı espresso çok başarılı. Kahve yoğunluk ayarı mevcut ve her yoğunlukta gayet leziz, köpüğü bol, homojen bir espresso hazırlıyor. Aynı kahveyi kullanarak kapsüllü makinelerde de espresso hazırladım ancak bununki kadar başarılı olmadı. Bakin buradan anlayın ki, makine mühim. Kahve aynı, su aynı ama ürün farklı. Bir sürü etken var ve üretici bunları iyi ayarlamış. Kahvenin sıcaklığı, köpüğü, yoğunluk ayarı, Kahve miktarı ( ml), hepsi düşünülmüş. Dolayısıyla, keyif yapmak için paraya kıymak gerekiyor. Kapsüllü makinelerin olumsuz yanı, kapsül çeşitlerinin pahalı ve kullanılan kahve çeşidinin sınırlı olması. Doldurulabilir kapsül ile bunları aşsanız bile, kapsüldeki Kahve yoğunluğunu optimum seviyede ayarlamak zor ve suyun kapsüle sızıntısız zerk edilmesi pek mümkün olmuyor. Sonuçta bu kapsüller orijinal ürün değil ve çelik olduğundan kapsül makineye %100 oturmuyor. Bu durum kahvenin köpüğünü, basıncı, tadı her şeyi etkiliyor. Moka pot desen, bu makinelerle karşılaştırılmaz. Kahve/su oranını ayarlamak zor, zamanlama ister vs vs. En nihayetinde keyif almak için bunca ar-ge yapmaya gerek yok. Adamlar bizim için yapmış. Sonuç da gayet iyi şimdilik. Verin tlyi, görün etkiyi. Cihazın kullanımı çok basit. Kullanım öncesi ve sonrasında cihaz kendi temizliğini yapıyor. Yani bir espresso icin asagi yukari 50 ml su temizlik icin harcanıyor. Melitta aqua pro yazan, yan sanayi su filtrelerinden de alın. Cihaz kireçlenmesin. Sırma su kullanıyorum, suyun yumuşaklık derecesi gayet iyi ama yine de filtre kullanacağım. Sipariş verdim, bakalım. İki tuşla leziz bir espresso hazırlamak büyük lüks gercekten. Afiyetler.
