So not drink two cups a day.... it was so smooth, but I paid for it later lol
First day and a I have been to the restroom at least 8times... no lie!!

This product work like it says
This product work like it says. For me it took about 4 hours for the "cleansing" to start so I wouldn't recommend drinking in the morning if you have to go to work or anywhere else. You will need to be close to a bathroom. Also, it has a very smooth taste. I didn't need honey or sugar at all.

Works!!
I’ve started taking the tea yesterday and it does what it says. It most definitely helps the bowl movement and cleanse especially if you are backed up.
