This is totally unacceptable that the product you had sent was from street even street product is better than this , seller making fool the customer. Amazon I need full return there should not be any deduction, because the very product is certainly not value for money

The merchant has deliberately sent a defective item with some stones mossing since it was the last one in stock & when I requested for a replacement instead of return the delivery date was mentioned 1 month later so this was sent purposely so that Amazon does not charge them back charges for non fulfillment of order as compared to return charges which may ve lesser.

Plastic stone. Description show that pure stone. Never Purchase from Zaveri because they shows different products and delivered different. Really Disappointed that Amazon give them space to sell the product
