I had already purchased these before realizing it has gelatin but I need to know What kind of gelatin is in the capsules?

In the description it says bovine gelatin. So, from cattle.

The bovine is from which source it’s from cow or pork

Bovine means cattle. It never means pork.

is it 2000 or 1000 per soft gel? The bottle says 2000mg but the title says 1000 mg!!

It is confusing. I read the supplement facts on the label. serving size is two soft gels. Lower down printed is the line: Pumpkin Seeds Oil 2g(2,000mg) with the amount listed under Amount per Serving. From this I concluded each soft gel contains 1000 MG. I have been taking 2 soft gels per day for some time and am satisfied with the results. From this I concluded

How much Zinc is in the capsules? This is the part of pumpkin seed that is critical to prostate health

not a Change of Zink. If it had zinc in any percent it would have to be listed on the label. If you want to put zinc on yourself use Head & Shoulders. LOL
