Amazing! Size down tho!
Literally never write reviews. But these skates are literally perfect. Im a figure skater and have trouble finding boots that fit. Expected the same when i got roller skates. But omfg. These fit perfectly. I can skate with the calf portion of the boot untied with no issues. They ride smoothly indoors. The colors are gorgeous (i got the black version). Perfect for wide feet. Wonderful for the price (originally planned to get the moxi lollies). Love love love! Just a quicj tip, make sure you you choose a full size down from your usual shoe size. Not sure if this applies to the men too. But as a woman, im a size 9 1/2. And the size 8 is literally a perfect fit.

Great beginner skates!
The last time I skated was either in rented ones or those AWFUL fisher-price skates with the plastic wheels. Therefore, I never really learned and looked like a deer on ice the first time in these, as we all do. Wanting to pick up skating as an adult and lured in by the cute appearance and price, I went with these as a self-bought Christmas gift. They’re EXTREMELY stiff. I grabbed a couple 5-inch ish sized river stones and shoved them in the toe of the boots, a microfiber cloth and a tenderizer mallet and went to town on them. Dampening the tongue slightly with a spray bottle, stretching into an U-shape and blow drying is the best way to condition them. I recommend my method because it doesn’t damage them at all, and if they’re too stiff you’re likely to not enjoy skating in them. Make sure you’re totally happy with the size first, because I wouldn’t condition them before returning them. The trucks are also shipped really tight, and when skating for the first time they were impossible to get going on smooth skate-concrete, so I loosened them 1 full turn.. I’d say they have about 20 hours of wear time in now and they’re a dream. I’m still not great, but they’re comfortable and a smooth ride. You’ll get lots of compliments from seniors lamenting about better, simpler days, and how nice it is to see people picking up a wholesome hobby again. :’) I love these and I’m so glad they were in a price range a beginner could afford so even if they’re in a closet for a while, they’ll be ready for use whenever you’re ready.

Beautiful and comfortable skates
I love my skates so much. I’m not super experienced in skating but I think they feel great on my feet. A lot smoother than the skates I had before. I also changed my wheels and they are amazing.

Good not great.
These skates out the box are so beautiful. They are comfy and my feet do feel secure. My only gripe is that the boot is STIFF. I’ve been using them a week straight and nothing has molded to my feet. They are a great first skate, but I wouldn’t buy them again.

Smooth ride
I liked them!! After watching some skating tutorials online I loosed the wheels and kept my trucks the same. I saw some reviews on how stiff the shaft was around the ankle. It is very stiff. My husband bought some Chicagos and his are very pliable. My right ankle did hurt after a while and I will probably get some bruising but my left ankle was A-okay. I picked up my left foot a lot more than my right. I was using my right foot as a constant steady balance. My left leg hurt less when I picked it up to use it more for picking up speed. It’s been like 20 years since I skated last so I was not very sure of my balance. So I think the right leg hurting and bruising is my fault for the way I was using my feet to control my balance, not the skate’s fault. The stiffness of the boot wouldn’t bother me if I was skating better. The wheels on these say outdoor, they are softer than the Chicago ones and rounded on the side. The Chicago ones seem to be worn out after one go outside, mine are still good!! I thought I would have to get new “outdoor” square wheels after a tutorial I saw. Theses are great for pavement. The small rocks and sticks, I just rolled over them no biggie. These are awesome without extra altering. Just need to adjust the wheels to spin freely and maybe adjust the trucks for some leaning. It doesn’t come with a tool, my husband’s Chicago did but it’s a cheap aluminum thing that already bent and it didn’t fit my trucks on the Moxie so that’s probably why these don’t come with that tool. We just used a socket wretch to adjust the wheels and trucks. Although, one skate did seem a bit unlevel on the front wheels. My husband adjusted the trucks for that and it seemed to help. I didn’t have any problems with it while I was skating. All in all it was really fun and I hope to skate everyday!

A Good Time
My daughter loves these. The skates are well made and seem to be study. She is using them outdoors and they handled the park well. I love that she can change them wheels and brake as they wear. They are cute and they fit her well. I see her using these for quite some time.

AMAZING SKATES!!!
I did SO much research on quad skates... an embarrassing amount, haha... which led me to Moxi skates. I'm not a derby skater, I don't do tricks, I simply street skate, and these are absolutely PERFECT for that. They're definitely meant for wider feet, as the boot is stiffer and doesn't allow for too much tightening, especially at the top. So, it's great for wide feet and larger calves. The plate is quite heavy, so they're great if you're a heavier skater! I did some modifications right off the bat, like switching to 82a wheels, which are harder than the 78a wheels it comes with (better for concrete, imo). I also added toe guards, I customized myself, to help keep them pretty (highly recommend getting some!). Overall, I highly recommend these! They're sturdy, really well-made, and absolutely ADORABLE!!! 🌈🤩🌈 UPDATE: It's been 2 years and my skates are still in EXCELLENT CONDITION!!!! UPDATE: 3 years now and STILL going STRONG! Invest in some Luminous wheels, if you can!

Excelentes patines con uso recreacional
Altamente recomendados.

Very light and great for beginner to intermediate indoor skating
These are amazing and lighter than I thought (I fell a few times as I haven’t skated in years) very comfortable. I suggest buying a second set of outdoor wheels and the carrier straps ( not sure what they’re called) to make transport easier. Don’t forget the tools too switch wheels. I don’t recommend getting smaller stoppers if you’re beginner to intermediate like myself as they saved my arse a few times 😆. I skated for hours straight felt confident and was able to do a little 1, 2 step in my skates by the end of the event. I love them!!!! I give 4.5 as out of box the tongue of 1 skate was bent slightly and I needed adjustment due to pain while I was skating. I know it will flatten out over time and use. I don’t think the issue deserves a 4 star rating. Enjoy your skates!
