Is it just me or ..........
I ordered Coffee People Donut Shop extra bold, which I have done before, but received Donut Shop by Green Mountain; same logo, but they used to say Coffee People and extra bold on the box, now it is the Green Mountain brand. In the past, both my wife and I noticed a difference between the two, the Coffee People having a stronger, yet smooth almost creamy taste and cost a bit more. I ordered two boxes of extra bold, received two boxes of Green Mountain Donut Shop; it seems to be a bait and switch; certainly not the same description, logo, or extra bold as I ordered.

Great for those whose like a medium blend
Although I prefer a dark roast coffee many of my guests like a somewhat lighter-roast coffee. This was the first medium-roast blend that I started buying after I bought my first Keurig. I have given quite a few K-cup machines as gifts and I often include Coffee Peoples Shop or Timothy's Donut Coffee with the machine. The Timothy's is a lighter lighter but (at least to my palate) a little more complex. Either way I don't think that you can go wrong in you like a medium body, low acid content brew.I now purchase this product in Amazon's Frustration-Free Packaging. When I have ordered these two boxes of 24 I couldn't believe how much packaging was involved. They come in a pretty big sized box with paper or plastic padding material. Now I can get 50 K-cups in one package. I just rip the top off of it and stick it on the shelf. Well done! Good Coffee, Same as Other Donut Shop Coffee But Different Packaging
This is the same coffee as Coffee People, Donut Shop K-Cups for Keurig Brewers (Pack of 50) , just in a different box. When you open the box, teh pods are the exact same thing as Coffee People, Donut Shop K-Cups for Keurig Brewers (Pack of 50) .I've tried many of the bold and medium roast coffees, and for me and two of my co-workers this is the best Kuerig coffee we've had hands down. If you are looking for a regular cup of coffee vs. a flavored or one of the 1,000 other variations this one should be at the top of the list.If the purchase price or quantity is too much for you for this package and you want to give it a try, this one Coffee People Donut Shop K-Cups (24 count) is about half price. I don't think you will be disappointed and wil soon upgrade to this larger quantity package for a decreased price per cup.

By far the BEST!
I've had my Keurig coffee maker now for over a year. I've tried many varieties of coffee for the machine and so far found nothing but either a crappy cup of coffee or something along the lines of motor oil. After many complaints from my husband saying the coffee is either to weak and acidic, or lacks the caffein punch I started browsing Amazaon for other brands I haven't tried. After reading many great reviews on the Coffee People's Donut Shop coffee I figured what have I got to lose?!? This is by far the best!!! It's rich and smooth and really tastes similar to a Dunkin Donuts coffee. For my husband to agree really must mean it's good. He's a tough critic when it comes to coffee..or food for that matter! I highly recommend people to give this a shot if they haven't done so already. You'll be pleasantly surprised!

Good medium strength coffee
This coffee is very good, and did not disappoint. It's similar enough to other "donut shop" coffees that it will satisfy that craving if that's what you're looking for. However, if you're looking for a stronger brew, don't plan to brew this on the larger coffee cup setting on your Keurig, although it is marketed as "extra bold". This coffee isn't my personal preference for coffee as I like much stronger brews, but it's nice for a change when I want something different. The $19 cost per two boxes is a better value (about .40 cents a cup) than buying K cups at the grocery store or buying a "donut shop" coffee on your way to work.

Your average cup of coffee, not so average packaging
I ordered this coffee thinking I was getting two different kinds. The title says "Medium roast, extra bold" so I was thinking there were two different flavors. Not so much. The coffee is pretty good. It isn't the best I ever had but it is good. The flavor is good, not bitter. Very drinkable. I was not impressed with the packaging. The design is very cute but every single k cup looks like it's packed to the brim and every single cup I have brewed has had a few grounds in it. I think when they package the coffee, they must add air because it's way too full and feels like a bubble when you touch it. I just threw one cup away because I could see grounds around the side of it. All in all it's a good cup of coffee but I wish it was packaged better because who likes grounds in their coffee?

A nice hearty blend, tastes like my favorite Donut Shop :)
If you like a medium bordering on bold K-cup, this Donut Shop Coffee by Coffee People will hit the spot. I am so accustomed to drinking only Green Mountain K-cups but discovered this blend quite by accident. I was attracted by the name and was curious :)I am happy to report that I have ordered this coffee (along with my Green Mountain Breakfast Blend, Heifer Blend, and Vermont Blend, etc) a half dozen times and find it a wonderful, hearty morning cup of coffee.Coffee People coffee is fresh, bold and I really like the company philosophy--it's fun.Think Dunkin' Donuts meets McDonald's and I think you will discover that this coffee will not disappoint. I love my K-cups and I'm particular ... these make my A-list.Enjoy!

not good
everytime I read a negative review from a overwhelming popular product I always felt those negative people are being hypercritical. however with this donut shop coffee I have to agree with these negative reviews.this coffee is a water-down version of donut shop quality coffee you are used to,I think if they rename this coffee by taking out the name extra bold and instead name it mild IHOP-like then people would be not as harsh in their comments.given the water down quality I am surprised that this coffee woke me up better than the other strong flavorful K-CUP I am used to, probably because the flavor so thin that I have to drink 2 cups to be satisfiedmy next purchase would be something else
