Will the holes in the disks fit with a Makita orbit sander?

Yes they will fit a Malika. However I would not recommend these discs as they fly off the pad. No matter how carefully attached the discs do not stay in place. Tacklife are far better!

Can these be used with the stanley fatmax orbiital sander?

Yes, but to be honest the standard is so poor they don’t stick well to the sander.
