We bought this for lollipops. Easy to use with guidance, and quality is great. We used other ingredients such as colouring and flavouring to enhance and personalised our lollipops. Great value for money, same if not cheaper than the shops. Use by date could have been slightly better.

Liquid Glucose (or Glucose Syrup) is a thick, clear syrup used in a variety of sweet recipes including desserts, cakes, confectionery and jam making. It controls the formation of sugar crystals which is particularly important when you are making frozen desserts and confectionery.
