Works with my ThinkPad 13 2nd gen!
Although my device is not listed as compatible with this dock, it has the OneLink+ port on it, and the only product out there that takes advantage of that port seems to be this dock. So I got it, and... it works! Now, instead of plugging 5 or 6 things into my Thinkpad to connect it to all my peripherals, I can just use this one. I like that it has a power button on it too so I can more conveniently wake my device if it's gone to sleep. It's a shame I can't use my HDMI cable to plug into it, though, as this dock does not include an HDMI port even though my Thinkpad does. But that's something I knew when I bought it, so it's what it is.

Awesome - took my old FLAT docking station and freed up 1/4 of my work station. My old monitor does not have a display port - bought a converter cable (DP - HDMI), connected all the cables and was in business! I am a true business user - the Lenovo Laptop is great for traveling but sucks for daily work due to keyboard and display limitations ... this docking station opens up it's capability and truly emulates a desktop environment. I run two remote monitors, USB keyboard & mouse (same USB dongle), USB DiskBay, USB powered flashlight, Leverage both monitor USB ports, Hardwired Network - every port on the back has a connection ... I hooked them ALL up and EVERYTHING worked!I strongly recommend this deviceNote: You only get 4 USB ports on the back panel - I ran out of ports ... that is the only negative here ... you will LOVE the ability to hang this on a wall and put your Yoga off to the side some where!

Small complaint
Would have been 5 stars if it was actually like new, all ports seen to be working fone and everything though so I'm just disappointed in the condition of the unit and the connector but only cosmetics.

This product works consistently for a dual monitor set up, but the USB replicator function stopped working after a week and now I have to plug all USB devices into my computer. I tried updating all my drivers, etc. to no avail. This is overpriced and doesn't work as advertised, which, unfortunately, is typical of Lenovo products.

Great docking station, Best price I could find
The ThinkPad OneLink docking station works great. t is just what I needed. With one plug I get internet remote monitor, remove speaker, lots of extra USB connections plus it charges my laptop.

Fantastic dock for my X1 Yoga / X1 Tablet computers.
This docking station is fantastic. I've got it connected to a Logitech wireless keyboard/mouse combo, a USB fan, my 2.1 speakers, and THREE (3) 1080P monitors. I haven't had any issues with drivers--if you have the Lenovo software installed that comes with your laptop then this docking station will "just work."I have a Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Yoga, and a Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Tablet. In order for this docking station to be compatible, your laptop needs to be a Lenovo brand and needs to have a OneLink port. The port is approximately the width of two USB connections, but not even as tall as a single USB connection. It connects to a port on the side of the laptop, while traditional ThinkPad docking stations will connect to a dock connector on the bottom of the laptop while the laptop sits on top of the dock.I hope this all helps.

Lenovo One-Link - Dead on Arrival
This item was priced right, shipped fast, but when opened and plugged in - no lights, no power, no operation. Sad. I wonder if the seller tested it before sending. Also the box it came in was obviously used for other shipments; it had tags all over it and was pretty beaten up! This is the second used OneLink I have not purchased and had to return due to non-operation.
