I ordered this travel humidor for my husband as a gift. He loved it. However, on our very first trip where he carried it, a Customs agent wanted to inspect the contents, in Mexico, and the handle broke when she tried to open it. Needless to say he was not happy. With that being said, I contacted Cigar Warehouse when we returned and I cannot say enough about how helpful they've been. I had never bought anything from them before so I didn't know what to expect. They've been in constant contact with me and did their very best to send me the same humidor as a replacement. I was actually amazed at how great the customer service has been since I certainly don't find that with a lot of companies. In the end I wasn't able to get an exact replacement as Xikar doesn't make this one any more, but they sent me an alternate (a Cigar Buddy) and it's very nice. In fact, we're probably going to buy another one! Kudos to Cigar Warehouse, truly, for their wonderful customer service and great communication. That goes a long way and I'll be telling all of our cigar-smoking friends what a great company they are!

Great travel case, fits inside my backpack for carry-on when flying. I didn’t have any problems with TSA about the boveda pack I use for this case. Good fit and finish. The pressure relief valve worked great when my plane would land and the case held RH right at 69%the whole trip. I’ll be purchasing the larger case from them for trips to conventions and long term travel. Foam padding keeps your sticks secure and safe. I would recommend keeping your sticks in the cellophane wrapping(if it comes with one) while traveling as the foam seemed a bit rough but the unwrapped cigars I was traveling with didn’t get damaged so take that with a grail of salt.

I was able to fit 23 cigars in bottom with foam removed, and fill all slots on upper foam totaling well over 30 cigars I was able to carry in my humidor home with me from my trip.

Really like this Humidor Looks great and works great! The only thing I wish I’d known up front before purchasing is that I would have to purchase additional products for the humidor jar to work. It may state that in the product info but I did not notice that.

You can Always count on xikar products. Construction, durablity & design..I travel (fly) often and I need to have my cigars with me at all times. So with that said having the "purge" valve is huge. I can crack that baby open as soon as I land. Great product and great service. You cant go wrong with this company. Also just picked up a 5ct case as well for quick getaways.

Great travel humidor. Keeps cigars safe and properly humidified with the built in humidity disk (Xikar Solution needed). I have traveled worldwide with this case and never have had an issue.
