Like all stuff is made in China. It's a higher quality Chinese product, but like with all Chinese products, the battery is it's weak point. I try never to fully charge it, and only use a quick charger for 0 to 75%. Most of the time, I'd charge it on a 1A charger, while using the device, so the battery will last longer.

Q: Could you knock someone out with this? I plain on being alone in the woods most of the time, I'm only 4' 8" and a bit slow.

Are you slow mentally or physically? Because it might make a difference in your approach here. You could try and mock up the speaker out bits of wood and tape and just try knocking some people out with that. Amazon tells you the rough dimensions and weight of this speaker. I think, pretty much, the more times you try the better your chances. After a while you might not even need to use the speaker for the knockings. You can just use it to listen to music while you are doing your thing.

Q: How many watt usb-c charger is required?

You can charge it fine with a 1000mA (1Amp) charger. With volumes up to 75% or below, a 1A charger seems to be able to charge the product during use, and it's more than sufficient to charge when the speaker is offline. You can even charge it with a 750mAh charger. I never tried a USB 1.0 charger (500mA, or 0.5A), as it might take a long time to charge the speaker, and the charge current might not even be enough for keeping the batteries charged during play. I'd say 1 to 1.5A minimum. I wouldn't use 2A or more, to extend battery life.
