Schlechte Beschreibung/ Produkt ok

Great Keychain, after....
First you dismantle the thing.. stack up all your keys then put it back together without moving any of them.. Then you take it apart again and add some spacers.. Then you check it apart rearrange the keys and they all fall over so you start again.. Finally you get it just right and tighten it up, then realize they are not level so you take it apart and add another spacer.. Then... Then... Your done!!!

A trade-off in annoyances, but I prefer to a key ring.
TL;DR below. If you’re anything like me, you don’t like the jingling disorganized key room, you’re always fumbling to find the right key. Since you’re looking at these, I assume you are. If traditional key rings, annoy you, you will absolutely find some thing about these that also annoys you. It’s all about which annoyances bother you less.A traditional keychain will last you forever. This will not. I am on my third in about 5 years or so. A traditional keychain makes it a pain to get one key onto it. This is more time-consuming to set up and odds are very high It will take a couple of tries to first set one of these up. A traditional keychain will hold a lot of keys. This will not, at least not without help. The only way to know which annoyances you prefer is to try one out.I have replaced two of these already, although one was the Tile version, which comes with its own unique set of issues. They just never really last, although for the leather one, it’s a matter of the finish, because it does have a metal frame (see photo). The leather wears away and starts peeling a bit after a year or year and a half. But with a solid metal frame, I can live with the frayed edges for a while. Also, if you are one to quickly get annoyed trying to get a key onto a traditional key ring, you ain’t seen nothin’ yet. Setting one of these up the first time will likely test your patience to the absolute limits. And just when you think you finally got it done the first time, you’ll find that you didn’t put enough spacers in between this or that, or all the jagged key edges are not facing the same direction, or something, and you’ll end up taking it apart, and doing it all over again. It’s going to happen unless you are prepared. If you have a particularly large set of keys, you’ll want to consider purchasing the kit with the extra parts, which have extenders you can use to fit more keys. I wouldn’t recommend trying to put more than 4-5 items (excepting spacers) on one of these without extenders. That includes the little tab where you’ll attach your car keys, if any, so factor that in.Especially with more keys, you’ll likely need to tighten the posts on occasion. This is not a huge deal and can be done with even some fatter coins should the need arise on-the-go. More keys = more frequent loosening.TL;DR: As I said, it’s really a trade-off in annoyances and you have to decide what bothers you more - the noise, messiness, and fumbling / searching of the traditional key ring, or the setup time and care, occasional maintenance, and lack of a durable finish with one of these. And if you use Tile, just add a Tile to a basic KeySmart - the build-in version will die faster than an actual Tile, and the plastic frame on that will fall apart faster than the basic leather KeySmart.

Great compact way of storing keys
Great way of storing keys. A little fiddly getting the keys out if like me you have big hands and no nails to pick at the groves of the keys to pull them out! Hasn’t put me off though.
