PaschaORGANIC UNSWEETNED 100% DARK CHOCOLATE CHIPS, 8.75 OZ- 6 PACK

Enjoyable chocolate treat. I had heard that dark chocolate is good for you. I decided to search for dark chocolate with no sugar and came across this product. It took a little getting used to at first but now i crave the flavor. I have not been a fan of chocolate for a long time. I mix these chips in with my nut mix which I eat daily.

I have used Pascha chocolate chips for making my own trail mix. I can’t eat sugar, so I now make my own chocolate candy with them. I add nuts & raisins, instant coffee, or peppermint essential oil after melting the chips slowly in a ceramic non- stick pot. However, I failed to see that this time I didn’t notice, due to the close appearance in packaging, that the ingredient in these chips is cocoa liquor. I asked online what this means & got no answer. There is another package that is just pure 100% cacao, which was perfect. I’m not even sure if I should be eating these but won’t return them because of the cost. What is most upsetting is that the ingredient wasn’t listed online. Otherwise I would have seen the difference. Upon receipt of my order, I then saw that the word “baking” chips was added on this package. Difficult to see when the package is so similar. I haven’t tried these yet, but they would have gotten an immediate 5 stars across the board if I had gotten the product I wanted this time. Why eliminate the ingredient label? Hmmmmmm.......

I melt these unsweetened chocolate chips with dark chocolate sweetened with Stevia and monk fruit, pour into candy molds, and enjoy the bittersweet goodness of the resulting merge. For a less taste, use less of the unsweetened chocolate and more of the chocolate sweetened with Stevia.
