Most meditation benches have angled legs, does this one have angled legs? It doesn’t appear to be that way in the pictures.

The legs are slightly angled at 5 degrees.

Can anyone with back pain comment on how comfortable this is for sitting for extended periods (1-hr+)?

I have hip and back pain and I’m good for an hour.. probably wouldn’t push it more thanthat

Can one buy an identical separate replacement cushion?

Sorry, unfortunately, we don't sell the cushion separately at the moment.

Is this suitable for kneeling in prayer, or just for low sitting?

It is perfect for kneeling. You can fold your legs underneath the bench and sit up with a straight back. I use it for longer meditations and it's very comfortable.
