How does this one compare to the d'addario one?

The only difference is the resistance level and the design of the base. VariGrip Sport has a wider base and the resistance level range is slightly higher than the D'Addario version, which is deisgned for musicians.

How does this compare to a 90lbs grip stregthener? Will i see any benifit with this device?

The key difference is that you can exercise each individual finger, and these are much more ergonomic in design. If you are comparing to a 90lbs grip strengthener, you may also want to consider VariGrip Sport PRO, as it has a higher resistance range (9-12lbs/finger).

Is it two pack or one single vari grip sport-pro?

This is a single, but we do have a two pack available as well (item #VGPRO-PPFL), which also comes with a FiddlLink dexterity tool.
