Count the tabelts when ordering online
The bottle was sealed and the covers says 80 caplets but when you actually count them there were only 69

Take this together with Healthy Origins NEM Eggshell Membrane 500 mg, 30 Veggie Caps and lay down on it for some hours, DO NOT MOVE MUCH OR ELSE IT WON'T WORK AND MIGHT MAKE THINGS WORSE, your joints will thank me within a week. Also they are healing during this process, it may feel weird or painful at first, try it for a week? That's all I'm asking. Don't start running marathons either.

Thought ghis would be another snake oil remedy but to my surprise after 1 bottle and into my second I do notice the difference less knee pain by far the feel good no pain.
