Replaces my Chef IQ pot that was scratched. Perfect fit, no nonstick coating to scratch. Nice quality too.

It came quickly! As I ordered two other items from Instant Pot, it was new in box and in another packing box. I ordered the Round Cook Pan with silicone cover and removable divider. It too was new in package and in excellent condition. Highly recommend both 👍🏻

The Instant Pot Stainless Steel insert fit my Instant Pot Duo Crisp 6L without any problems and is now something I use all the time. Not sure why some reviewers mention issues — mine works exactly as expected.

Since I received my Instant Pot IP DUO 7 about a week ago along with the extra pot which I had ordered, I have prepared our entire meals in the Instant pot. (s)I now have two pots and two lids. I prepare one dish and then remove the pot and cover with the lid to keep warm, (sometimes in a 200 degree oven if it's going to be a while...) and then I use the other pot to make my next dish/side. (potatoes, rice, greens, veggies...etc.) I'm thinking of adding yet another extra pot so that I have the option of a third dish.The pots are very easy to clean with a little soap and water, and the lids go into the dishwasher. Dishes are done in zip time!There is no scrubbing of pots and pans and no stove top to clean from cooking. The countertops stay basically clean as well, not to mention that I can crank dishes out in no time! Suddenly I am spending a lot less time in the kitchen and the meals have been great! I'm hooked.Update November 15, 2014:I went ahead and purchased another one of these pots as well as the matching lid, so now I have 3. To some that may be an excessive number of pots and I don't use all three every time I cook a meal, but many times I do for three course meals. For example: Pork butt, Pinto Beans, potatoes and carrots or cabbage or greens, rice, Pot Roast. I can find a way to use all three on many occasions.I will often use one of the pots for frozen vegetables which I cook only for a couple of minutes. I'm able to keep each course warm with the matching lid as I go to the next course. Often times I will pre-heat my oven to the lowest setting and keep them warm in there.Even with the three pots going, kitchen cleanup is a breeze as the pots are so easy to clean out and there is no mess on my stove to clean.I'm finding that I also use these pots with the lids for other things in the kitchen. I'm a bread maker and use them to let my dough rise for example. These are great for storing large batches of food in the refrigerator as well, like slaw for a crowd.

This is a good quality pot. Nice and solid, and cleans up easily. Pay attention that it says it's not for other brands than Instant Pot. Three years ago when I bought mine, it did not say that. In fact, people were saying they used it in their other pressure cookers. All this time I thought my Nesco pressure cooker was no good, because it could not hold a seal. After replacing two seals which I had only used a few times each, I gave up and stopped using my Nesco. Recently I bought a Fagor. Same problem. All this time I thought it was faulty seals. Now I realize it was because the pot didn't fit properly. (They look identical, so I thought it was fine.) Since I don't like to use non-stick, I had never tried to use the pots that came with either pressure cooker. Sure enough, I got out the Fagor nonstick insert, tested it with the seal that I thought was ruined, and it worked! Now I wish I had bought the Instant Pot pressure cooker in the first place instead of the Nesco. I would have been happy for three years. (Until I was tossing some food from the pot out for my chickens, dropped the pot, and ruined it because now it is dented. Fortunately it did not land on a chicken!) But this pot is way better quality than the ones that come standard with either the Nesco or the Fagor. And I have read that the Fagor offers a stainless steel pot, but that it is thin quality. I wish manufacturers would make interchangeable pots. They must do it on purpose, because the difference is undetectable visually. So, if you have electric pressure silicone gasket failure, and gaskets failing to hold a seal, you may be using the wrong insert.

This is perfect for the Crockpot brand (instapot/pressure cooker) I have. I press sauté to heat the pot a little and when a drop of water sizzles I then I add some olive oil on the bottom then my recipe. No more worry of family members using metal and scratching the non stick pot making the nonstick unsafe. The pot is slightly smaller circumference wise but still works perfectly with the lid secured. I ended up finding at thrift store this same amazing item, praise the Lord!

This fit my Smart WiFi 60 model perfectly. Original inner pot was scratched and food stuck more often. Bottom started to get rust spots. Had concerns since the Smart WiFi 60 model is old and discontinued, but this pot was exact match.

Love using it. Bought it to replace the nonstick pot. Happy with the product!

Very happy with this buy great for cooking food with bones etc I ruined a non stick one because I put bones in it and the scratched a lot of non stick paint from it

Zu Anfang dachte ich ist ein zusätzlicher Topf eigentlich überflüssig. Aber schnell wurde ich eines Besseren belehrt. Es ist einfach unheimlich praktisch!Ist der eine Topf noch in der Spülmaschine, wird einfach der zweite hervorgeholt und schon kann es los gehen.Auch bei aufwändigeren Gerichten ist es super praktisch. Statt den Topf zwischen einzelnen Schritten spülen zu müssen, kann der erste bereits kochen während im zweiten Topf schon alles weitere vorbereitet wird.ZB kann man Fleisch schmoren und anschließend die Gemüsebeilage garen, während man das Fleisch schneidet und eine Sauce vorbereitet. Durch den fliegenden Wechsel verliert man kaum Zeit.Die Töpfe selbst sind original Instant Pot. Sie sind aus pflegeleichtem Edelstahl und haben im Inneren die bekannte Skala. Sie passen perfekt in den IP 6qt.Oh als Ersatz oder Ergänzung - die Anschaffung lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Wir haben noch einen zusätzlichen im Keller stehen - für alle Fälle.
