where can i get a spare battery for this vacuum please?

You get them from the maker's Honiture, email them I think they are about £30.00. I have two of their cleaners and the battery life is great.

I just received the vacuum, and when turning it on it releases an odour from the vent, also components weren't sealed. Did this happen to anyone else?

No it didn't. May I suggest that if you email Honiture, have a word with someone called Mayo. They were very helpful with me.

What is the guarantee, can anybody answer. Thanks

Budget Quality Cordless Vacuum

The media could not be loaded. This little Vacuum performs well, due to its lightweight and compact design it glides across hardwood floor, carpets and tiles with ease, while it's rotating brush head deep cleans and lift dirt in its way.Battery life is good but getting a second is handy. Not As It Seems

Initially pleased with this item, but it has shown it's true colours now. No matter the frequent emptying and cleaning, the suction is poor and does not hold even the smallest debris, it always falls back out. We were also encouraged to leave a 5-star review in exchange for a free spare battery - it never arrived, and we are left with a poor product.
