After ordering two other step ladders that were incredibly heavy, required assembly, etc., I am extremely pleased that I found this ladder. Carefully packed, no assembly required, very sturdy, yet light to carry, and neatly stored in narrow spaces. Excellent choice if you want to avoid other options that require assembly, contact with walls, amongst other headaches, to reach the same ceiling height(s).

I purchased this to keep in my large master bedroom closet to reach items stored on my upper shelves. It is surprisingly easy to move, open, and shut. I feel very safe on it and I am 71. I purchased one with the gold color and it look nice, not that it matters. I highly recommend. I slid used it to put up and remove ornaments on my 9’ Christmas tree and as I mentioned surprisingly balanced and easy to carry and move around, so much better than the clunky one I use outdoors.

This is a very stable and secure ladder. Easy to deploy, carry and put away. Priced at half the price of the big box stores. Very pleased with this purchase.

This has been a great ladder for me. I’m on the shorter side, and the multiple steps give me a lot of flexibility to reach different heights comfortably. It feels very sturdy and safe while using it, which is important. At the same time, it’s not too heavy, so I can easily move it around when needed. Overall, a really practical and reliable ladder—I’m happy with it.

This ladder is a great choice for high ceiling homes, enabling the ability to change air filters in 12 foot ceilings. It is sturdy, compact and lightweight. I love the fact that it folds flat for storage.

Good for the price. I’m 5’6” and have to step on the very top step to reach 12’ ceiling, but glad I got it. Easy to carry and store. Could be a little sturdier for my 200lb self, but it doesn’t wobble or anything. Has made cleaning and odd tasks much easier.

I realized over the holidays that my old ladder was just about a foot too short to reach the things I wanted to reach easily.So I opted to get this one based on the suggestion of a friend.It is so lightweight and compact.It feels sturdy.I don't at all feel concerned being on the top step, and it's just the right height. My original review is below. The update is that after just a few uses, it's bowing, and there are the signs of creasing forming along the vertical uprights. It appears like these stressed areas will simply fold at some point. Rather than guess when that date might be, I'm stopping the use of the product and buying a real ladder. I had concerns noticing this early on, and should have acted on those concerns while the return window was still open. I am on the higher side, but well within, the weight rating the description lists. I am not carrying heavy items up or down with me kr leaning out far, or doing any other exacerbating things. Just climbing, reaching overhead, for changing light bulbs in my 10ft ceiling garage for instance. Maybe if you're a lightweight individual, your confidence and experience would be higher. Original review after first use: I can't be but so disappointed as it's about the cheapest ladder of this height, but it is a little sketch. It gets too wobbly if I'm on the upper half of the steps, and I have to tinker with the footing of it to feel at all planted. If I'm careful it'll work fine, not a ton of margin for error however if I misstep or lean out wrong.

Mine came with a dent in it, but not big enough or noticeable enough to bother returning it. Expensive, but I've gotten a lot of complements on it. It folds quite flat and looks cool. It's also feels good to stand on. Not for everyone, but if a thin, sturdy gold ladder is what you're after and you're willing to pay for it, this should do the trick.

This is a cheap, lightweight product. It came wrapped in plastic. When I unwrapped it there were several dents all over, which wasn't surprising given the low quality of the materials. Both "caps" at the top of a folding leg were loose/sticking up, as though not properly assembled or that it was so poorly designed they just didn't fit. Steps were dirty, so possibly just not a new product like I ordered? Returning as quickly as it arrived.
