Vitamin D3, absorbs, calcium, and the K2 directs it to your bones. This is great if you are in menopause. Ladies, we have to stick together and share information. They only started doing research on menopause and talking about it until the early 80s. Don’t sleep on your vitamins and minerals. We have to be healthy for our children and the future of this world.
