I was taking these for maybe 4 months. And they do make you think clearly and fast- great if you're at work in a busy environment and you're doing a million things... However, if you're at home trying to relax it makes your mind race. They started to make me really anxious to the point I've stopped them now and can really notice the difference. Shame.
