where i can Purchase waterproof earplugs ?

You can buy it from Jumbo electronics otherwise right here in Amazon but I would advise against buying it

I have 3 questions: 1) does it include warranty? 2) what is waterproof level is it ip68? 3) why some many reviews say that it is not new?

1- It has an international warranty, which I never used on anything! So I don't know. 2- I also don't know about IP7 or 8, but I swim in the pool for 90+ minutes a session with no problems. However, I don't dive more than 1 meter with it, as it gets messy. 3- The sound while swimming is good; features are ok; user-friendly interface; the only problem I had with this walkman is that it decays after 5-4 months of constant swimming, especially the rubber in the earplugs and battery. I've replaced a couple of them so far, cause I couldn't find better quality at this price. Last, if you are planning a fast swim session, don't put it on; it will drive you crazy!

Is there a warranty for this product?

There might have been an international warranty in the package, but I don't remember. I bought it a year ago and they work fine so far.

Do it can answer phone calls? Can I play the songs on my phone by Bluetooth?

The sony water resistant does not have Bluetooth specification therefore, you cant listen to music in your phone or answer any calls.
