Very very very bad quality Camera not working Warranty cheap and bad I call many times to fix error but nobody help Camera work 1-2 minutes then you need for 3 hours to reconnect to device…don’t waste your money for this camera

The camera box was opened and samsung seal was broken.

لا انصح بالكاميرا في الوقت الحالي لان سامسونج توقفت عن دعمها والغت التطبيق الخاص بها من المتجر.. فلا داعي لشراء الكاميرا حتى لو صارت مجانا.. اضافة انه الفيديو والصور غير واضحه والجودة جدا صعيفه

Facile da usare, la gear 360 permette di scattare buone foto a 360 gradi. La qualità non è eccelsa al pari della durata della batteria. Comunque consigliata.

Love it. Thought it would be just another gadget to add to my collection and hardly use it. How wrong was I. Great pictures and video capability and good fun playing with the dual cameras to take great pictures and videos with. It also feels really well built.

I really like it . Time laps is cool I am looking forward to using it at my kids lacrosse games

Okay to start, this is a great entry level 360 4k camera. This right now is on sale for 89$ At this price nothing comes close. I bought a Samsung 128gb sd card U3 and it works, reads, and writes perfect. Connection to my Samsung Active works perfect. I believe its recommended to have an S7, S8, S9 model or newer. With these versions of Samsung smart phones, streaming is seamlist and beautiful. For those of you that have used other 4k 360 cameras, yes there is clearly better options... but again, nothing close to the price range. Everything works and functions as it should and as per specs, it comes with a charger, and a cloth case and support ring. All you need is a SD card to go. With that Said, I want to mention something that should usually go in the seller profile, though if I put it there you won't see it. So I am writing this just help you. And keep in mind I'm still rating this 5 stars becuae the product itself is great. The camera shipped by 'Mobile deals' through Amazon to me, was an open and thus used device. Not new. I attached some photos for reference, this is how I pulled it out of Amazon's shipping box. Not only was this opened once and resold, it was opened a second time and resold as there was 2 levels of tape placed and re-broken before being sent to me. Me now being the third owner.... when it was supposed to be new. Also, packing was dirty, and the labeling was very poorly replaced and with a new (fake??) serial number placed on it. Update: Check the third photo I realized this is an international box (SM-R210 ), they but the used camera in and put a US version number on it. It's to big of a hassle to complain and resend and reship... it works... just frustrating. Make sure you don't order from them and pick someone else. Well, hope this helped!
