TEKTON 1/2 Inch Drive x 18 mm 6-Point Impact Socket | SID23118

I purchased this because another brand socket set I purchased didn't come with a 16mm. So now my set is complete. I have use this socket and its heavy duty and fits perfectly. Tekton is high quality. I have alot of Tekton tools and none have failed.

My Toyota has a full size spare tire. The OEM lug nut wrench works, but just in case the shop over tightens my lug nuts, I've decided to get a 1/2" breaker bar, extension, and this 21mm deep socket. I really wanted to get the + shape tool that separates and slides together for storage, but all the reviews from different brands had stories of the socket end snapping off. Can't go wrong with a breaker bar, extension, and deep socket. The Tekton socket fits snugly over my stock lug nuts and the key for my wheel lock. The Tekton 6 inch extension fits perfectly and there is no play. Breaker bar is solid. This set is going to last forever. No need to worry about breaking anything. I also have a portable air compressor and a set of wheel chocks in my car. The next time I get a flat tire I'll be ready for it.

This was exactly what I needed for working on a deep set nut when replacing struts on my minivan. Seems sturdy enough and fit the 18mm nut fine.
