This helps me tremendously. I'd been getting injections from orthopedic surgeon every 3 months and was heading for a surgery. After a month the foot pain was largely gone. No surgery. You have to take it daily. If I miss more than 2 doses, ouchies. I love that it's natural. I've not had any side effects other than coloration of the BMs. I won't be without this.
