Can i put these stakes in my indoor potted palm plants that the soil is infested with tiny black ants?

It saids outdoor on the box may be too strong for indoor plants. I don’t think you want to contaminate your indoor environment.

Do these only work on the small black ants or will they also get rid of the big black ants?
