Delicious, has a sort of macadamia nut texture and taste, but in an almond sliver size bite. It has a salty creamy nutty fatty taste. My only complaint is the price point. Hopefully they get more popular and the price goes down

These are so yummy and not overly salty like so many nuts are. My parents lived in the Philippines for 3 years and my Dad talked about Pili Nuts. I was glad I was able to find them for him before he passed away. Now I eat them in his memory.

I was born in Naga city, in the Bicol Region where my late grandmother had pili nut trees in her estate. So I grew up eating pilinuts . After harvesting the pilinuts and after taking it out from its hard shell, we eat it raw and unprocessed! It has a very buttery taste.All of us kids love the pilinuts! But when we migrated to the US in 2001,I forgot about this delicious delicacy. As time progressed I suddenly developed a craving for this nuts! Thank God for Amazon marketplace, I found PiliHunters! The variety and flavors of the pilinuts have been elevated to another level. It is vegan, paleo, non-GMO and gluten free! It is an awesome product. The flavor would be great if you want a mild low carb cashew, but I was hoping for a bit more flavor and crunch.

They melt in your mouth after chewing for a minute.they do have a buttery taste to them.
