For any potential buyers who are planning to own this exercise bike. Please read this before deciding on purchasing this marvelous piece of garbage.To readers who just want a gist of this review, please know that you will have absolutely ZERO customer support on spares and services after your warranty (1 year) expires. The ball-bearing on the flywheel just gives out and the wheel becomes wobbly in a few months of usage.Here is my detailed experience about using this product.Installation : The installation of the product is relatively easy if you have the time and space to setup the parts and assemble it all by yourself. There is nothing really complex about installation. The product comes with a really clear and detailed assembly guide. Please keep in mind, the installation can sometimes become tricky if you are doing it alone as it requires an additional pair of hands if you're new to DIY things.Usage : Once you get past the installation, the bike works well, it just does what you expect it from, the digital meter is accurate and it is all fun, except for a few noteworthy shortcomings. The seat is just horrible and terribly small. For example, if you are a person of lean build and weigh around 60-70Kg, you would still find the seat small and incredibly uncomfortable to workout for more than 15 minutes. I ended up using a pillow over the seat to save my back from agony. The back support is just a plain gimmick and you will never use it nor it is sturdy. I used the bike rarely but took perfect care to keep it clean and pristine. However, after about a year of use the flywheel started acting weird and starting giving this loud noise as if there are metal pieces grinding inside the flywheel axle and the bike became unusable as the noise started getting louder and louder when I continued using it.Customer Service : I reached out to the customer service and started writing emails. They scheduled a call with a support agent and the first question was about the warranty (mine was just expired by that time). The customer service agent responded that I have to pay for a service engineer visit to look into the problem, which I agreed and to my surprise the service engineer showed up after a day or two and I was hoping that things are going to go well. By this time, I was ready to pay extra just to get this thing fixed as I really wanted to use this for a few more months or years hopefully as this bike does not come cheap. The service technician figured out that the bearing needs a replacement and they don’t sell bearings separately and I need to replace the entire flywheel, which again, I was completely fine to do for obvious reasons. The service engineer took off by saying that he is going to inquire about the spares availability and place an order for the same. By the way, he collected Rs.300 as a visiting charge and he insisted paying it in Cash, which he graciously promised that the amount will be adjusted in the spares cost, I really did not believe it's gonna happen. I was just happy to pay him the 300 in cash as I was truly impressed that he showed up relatively quickly.Now starts the fun part, there was no further communication from the technician for about 10 days and he stopped responding to my calls and messages. So again I reopened my support email thread with the customer support team and they had already received the update from the technician about the flywheel replacement. Guess what, the support team had the audacity to reply to me (in email) that they just don’t have the required spare in their warehouse. How on earth would you not have a spare of an integral part (THE FLYWHEEL) of the machine. I kept sending follow up emails and only to my dismay I received the same response over and over again and at one point, they asked me to find support from local mechanics. By this time, I understood that they have no interest in providing any sort of assistance and I finally gave up on reaching out after a month of toil.Remember, I was okay to pay an extra 1000 or 2k to get this thing fixed, but the inconsiderate and appalling after service (post warranty) just made me give up buying such things online. Now this thing sits pretty on my balcony all covered and wrapped up as a pristine piece of garbage. And hey! The IRONY IS IN THEIR BRAND NAME. I can only laugh about it now.

The product is overall good and installation of this exercise cycle is also not very hard it's simple they givs all the item which you need to do installation with a proper guide so you don't worry about that and the cycle is also decent

Good and budget friendly air cycle in the market. Must go if any one looking for it. Customer support is also great and offering extended warranty of 6 months additional to 1 year.

The media could not be loaded. Absolute rubbish, the fit pro air bike is making a lot of noise and is not worth using as the fan wheel is misaligned and started colliding with the chain guard from inside within the first week of usage.It took 3 email and 4 calls along with WhatsApp chat just to get my complaint registered. After I asked them to send a technical personnel to repair the bike the reply was just pack the bike and return to them, it is worth mentioning that it took me 3 hours to assemble the bike and they wanted me to disassemble it, pack it and return to them and they won't even replace it. I bought this bike on discount and returning it means I have to buy it again on higher price.PS- they're providing 6 months additional warrenty for 5 stars, just to improve the rating of this rubbish product.

The Exercise Air Bike is excellent an an option for exercising at home. It has multilevel resistances to increase difficulty levels and works well. We have been using the same for over 10 days now We had an issue with the dual attachment and when we contacted the company the service was prompt keeping in mind the restrictions in place currently. The technician was polite, taking all precautions and efficient.

Overall product is good, very noisy and bit quality improvement needed, other than that worth for money.
