Vinsetto Massage Office Chair with Lumbar Heating, Velvet Fabric, Blue

This chair was very easy to assemble. The chair looks good and the heat and massage is very nice. You set the massage for 15, 30, and 45. Minutes all in all very good and comfy..

Bought this as a student with endo, currently due on at some point soon and have back pain so was a good time to test. The heating function hits the spot perfect! I can use a hot water bottle or TENs on my front and the chair takes care of the back! However the lower and upper back massage points are wired the wrong way round to the remote which made me giggle but that’s no biggie, the heating was the selling point for me and massage still works. My desk is in my living room so I’ve always gone for style over function, my last chair was so uncomfortable I rarely used my desk. This has comfort and style as well as providing pain relief, I’m so happy I found it! There’s a couple suppliers selling similar but the blue was more navy, went for this one as the blue is lighter and turned out to be the exact colour I wanted. Material is soft and seat is firm but cushy, the firmness should settle down and is a sign it’ll last longer, I’ll update here if it goes flat quick. Building it wasn’t fun, instructions weren’t the clearest but got my head around it nonetheless. Recommend a second person helping if you can but not absolutely necessary, you’ll just end up in some awkward positions holding certain parts up.

A bit fiddly to assemble it took my husband half an hour . Very sturdy and comfortable, well padded in the right places and heats up quickly. The feel of the fabric is lovely and cosy. The massage function is noisy and vibrates rather than massages but will be used for a few minutes at a time only if I get sore from sitting working for hours !

This chair is so lovely. Very comfortable and the heat/massager make you feel so relaxed. The colour is beautiful. The only thing that could improve it for me, is that I like to sit very upright and the chair slants back a little bit. I think my son will be buying a matching one for the office.

Easy to assemble. Follow the guide and you are done. It has good padding so it's comfortable. Thigh and back support is good. If you are looking for a good massage chair then this is not the right one. You don't even feel a thing when the massager is on except the noise. As a chair it's really good but massager is not good.

The first part of the review below is after having the chair a short time, below the "---" is after a few months - I suggest you read that bit. I was surprised at the low cost for a chair that offers both built-in heating and massage. It does do these things, but perhaps the quality is lacking. When I got the chair and put it together (nothing tricky, hex key included), all seemed good. However, when I plugged in the power supply (a standard 12v plug-based thing) and turned on both the heating and massage, the power supply made 'fizzing' sounds so was unplugged quickly. Trying again later, and it seemed good again but intermittently did the same so I swapped it for another. However, confidence in the chair was lost. I did return the chair, which involved a call to the supplier, and they couldn't have been more helpful so top marks to them! I suspect I just got a duff one. On the chair itself, I got it to replace a very comfortable one that my wife wanted back (I'm working from home and 'borrowed' hers). It's not as soft as the one I'm used to, but has all the essentials of being fixed/rocking and some back adjustment. The arms are nicely padded. I do find it a bit 'hard' both to sit on and the back, but perhaps that's a necessity with it having the heater and massage bits. As with any chair, it's a lot of personal taste so I'm going to find somewhere that I can try-before-I-buy for the replacement. So, your mileage may vary on the chair itself but I'm very confident that the supplier will be able to sort out any problems. --- When I mentioned the fault to the supplier, they initially offered me a return of the chair. When it came to arranging this, they said I could just keep it and they'd refund me, which they did. I believe, however, that this is because they know the chair is of very low quality. Read on... I did try another power supply, which worked ok and the vibration and heating worked fine until I stopped using them because the chair was failing. After about 5 months, the chair started lowering itself on its own. I need it at full height, but after sitting on it for a few minutes it would gradually lower itself to the bottom level. I'd have got a new pillar from Ebay except for the other faults. The chair became very 'wobbly', which seems to be where the stalk goes into the base - the base is wearing and no longer able to keep the stalk totally upright - the wobble is significant and I find I have to shift all the time to 'balance' it upright. The back has failed. It was once reasonably upright but has gradually tipped further and further back with increasing 'creaking' sounds as if it's breaking. On inspection, this is because it's breaking. Sitting beside the chair and putting gentle pressure on the back as if I'm leaning back gently, I can see tiny wood chips dropping out of it. If I simply sat in the chair and leaned back normally I suspect it'd just break and I'd be on the floor. I'm just too old to test this for sure! In all, it seems the chair is VERY low quality. It looks ok when it comes out of the box but it's really not very comfortable and has so many faults I could really not recommend that anyone buy it.

Easy to assemble, super soft to the touch, a gorgeous colour to look at so not an eyesore, and super duper comfortable to sit on. I wfh so spend absolute hours in this chair. My back thanks me and so does my butt. I feel so so so comfortable, and it's really boosted my mood because the chair before offered little to no cushioning or back support so this is just amazing. I love to sit cross legged a lot too and there's plenty of room in the seat to do so. The heat function is a nice addition, and the vibration is a good perk throughout your workday when you just want a little stretch or relaxation - it motivates me to keep going! The rotation is smooth, chair is sturdy, and I have recommended it to all my colleagues! I definitely think this is an investment and you're getting so much for your money. Also has a cool tilt back feature, so I can relax during team meetings when the camera is not on 🤣

I was not sure at all about purchasing this chair given some of the reviews I had read but I am so glad I did. It really is an incredible chair! It is THE most comfortable office chair I've ever sat in - and that's from someone with regular back and hip pain. It is fully padded, adjustable and the massage / heat functions are a delightful bonus. It's beautiful to touch - soft velvet, a great colour and is incredible value for money. It took less than 30 minutes to assemble and didn't require any additional tools (one allen key in the box). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product! And the seller was excellent too.
