Premium Product - Budget Price
If you're serious about gaming, and you don't a lot money invest in your money in this mouse! Seriously don't buy a cheap mouse to save up, it will just end up breaking. This mouse is amazing for the price, it is very reliable with a very fast input response. The clicks are not too loud, and are satisfying to click, the DPI range is more than enough. The RGB settings are simple and the software works properly without.

its ok
good weight, shape is ok a bit on the small side for me to stick with, switches are not a nice feeling, if you want the best clicks try a xlite

very good shape but quality worse than other Roccat mice
So I just received the second one of this mouse. I had to return the first due to right click was really bad and different from the left one... This one feels fine, at least the left and right clicks are very similar responsive feeling but I still don't like these mechanical switches. The good:The shape is very good, I would say it is a combination of the Roccat Kova and the E.G. XM1 . Somewhere between. Shorter than both but the hump feels higher than the XM1 so I don't feel smaller. It is not that wide like the XM1, same wide as the Kova but it feels smaller than that. And the sides are mostly flat minimal curviture, I would say perfect :) . Feels really nice in hand, I would say it is a medium size mouse but probably good for most hand sizes. If you use palm grip this is maybe not for you just if you have smaller hand at least under 19cm. For claw or fingertip, perfect. There is no rubber coating but the plastic material is very nice and fairly grippy, maybe I will use some side grips for the better feel but if you don't have too sweaty hand it will be fine.Side buttons are great as always, good position, very responsive, very good size and feel.Wheel size is good, the feel alsooo almost, but I would carry on withThe bad:The QC used to good at Roccat if I remember correctly, but probably not anymore. The wheel is quite loud, the feel would be quite good as it has good tactile feedback but also not too stiff, but it is loose a bit and when you use it resonate the whole mouse so I will try to fix this myself but they shouldn't design like this as the other Roccat models has the best mouse wheels in my opinion...The wheel click is quite ok, still a bit stiffer what I like but not too bad at all.The main clicks, huh, I don't like this optical switch marketing, I hope they will forget it soon as companies did with the bad stiff braided cable trend, that was also a nightmare. They are quire responsive (at least on my second copy) but I don't think anyone could feel the difference in response time compared to the good mechanical switches like japan omrons what my favourites. The feel of these very hollow, "plasticky", quite artificial. Also they are quite loud. Not the worst but all Roccat mice what I have/tried has much better feeling clicks and sound. At least they are similar light as good mechanical switches so no complain about this.LOD is quite normal, track with 1 dvd and doesn't with 2. Sensor all right, no complain, especially in this price point.Feets are not the same ones as on the Pro version but still slides very well and quietly, they are good for sure. And the cable, probably this is the worst thing in this mouse. And I am quite disappointed about it because I have a Kain 100 and Kone Pure SE, they have also rubber cable, but thin, light and very flexible one. I don't know why but they replaced the nice light and flexible rubber cable with a thick, heavy and stiff one. Why??? I don't get it, but I have to paracord it for sure. It was a really bad surprise...So at this price point this could be a good mouse, but they made so many mistakes what they haven't done before, so I keep it because the shape and will mod it to make a decent mouse from it.But, I didn't used to this from Roccat and I really hope it won't happen in the future. I know if I would have buy the Pro version what cost twice as this one I would have get a better experience, but only with the cable for me, and if they could build the previous budget models with decent light rubber cable, I don't understand why they changed the good to something unacceptable...Anyway, the cable replacement only cost me £4, so this mouse will be still much cheaper than the Pro...

A great entry by Roccat!
The Roccat Burst Pro. This seems to be Roccat's definitive entrance into the lightweight craze. There is the KPU or Kone Pure Ultra but it is slightly outdated with other mice doing things better as well this mouse.Firstly, the build quality on this mouse is stellar. In this lightweight craze, there is a chance that certain companies sacrifice structural integrity in exchange for a lighter mouse. A light mouse feels great but not if it feels cheap and is going to break with any sort of pressure applied. This mouse does not suffer from this issue, it is very sturdy, well built. There are no visible holes (there is under the top shell but is covered by a plastic coating) but no side-panel/bottom-panel flex. No scroll wheel/sensor rattle which is great to see for a mouse that weighs in at around 68 grams. The clicks in this mouse are Roccat's own Titan Optical switches, which optical switches are said to be faster than mechanical switches due to not having to 'debounce' to prevent double-clicking and also no double-clicking which we've seen plague mice like the original G Pro Wireless. Razer has their own Optical switches that feature in their Viper and Deathadder lineups. On this mouse though, it's going to be a love it or hate it for people, I personally don't mind them but don't feel as good as the ones on Razer's lineup after they improved them.As for the sensor, which I won't spend much time talking about, as sensors nowadays are basically as good as they can get and each other, no mouse is going to be a deal breaker because of their sensor. This one features Roccat's take on the 3389 from Pixart. As for the cable and the feet, the cable is one of the better stock cables I've tried with mice going for a 'shoelace' paracord style cables. Not quite as good as say an XM1 which has the best stock cable on the market imo and not as good as an actual paracord. As for the feet, I've never used after-market feet such as Corepads or Hyperglides (have some on the way). The feet on this mouse said to be heat-treated virgin PTFE feet have the best glide that I've used personally, nice and big to cover a large surface are and thick also.Lastly and most importantly, the shape. This mouse feels very similar to an XM1, it's not an XM1 closn but if you like the XM1, it's very likely you like this shape too. It feels a bit bigger, probably due to the wider hump towards the back, filling up more of your hand than the XM1 and also due to have flatter sides where the XM1 curves inwards. This mouse definitely suits a claw grip the most and thats what I found most comfortable with my 20x10cm hands. If you have small hands, you probably won't enjoy this mouse as it is quite wide unless you palm but for medium to large hands, this should be a good option. The sides with a kind of honeycomb print on the side is extremely grippy, the coating on the top shell though does feel slightly slippy when sweating, not anything deal-breaking for me personally but just to note.As I said, shape is the most important consideration in a mouse and the shape of the Burst Pro definitely up there with the best. Out of 5, I'd give it a 4.5

Super light and comfortable
The media could not be loaded. This is the best mouse I’ve used, and for the price I paid I couldn’t be happier. It’s extremely light and slides smoothly across my mousepad. The button presses are all nice and quick, scroll wheel is fine and the subtle RGB is cool to look at, it’s not over the top. The sides of the mouse have this textured hexagonal pattern on that gives grip. The Roccat Swarm software gives you lots of customisation options, such as the DPI control, speed of scrolling and clicking, button control and the RGB options too. Overall I’m chuffed with this purchase and will be looking into the keyboards as I’m very happy with the mouse performance for the price.

Smooth
Honestly thought it would be ugly, but I was surprised at how nice and smooth it felt. I wanted a mouse that lit up and this does that just fine, and looks nice. It's better than I thought it would be.

Great for drag click
The media could not be loaded. I like this mouse but the only down side is it’s bad for butterfly clicking because they clicks are narrow
