Does not work
I'd say this is a form of gaslighting. I read all the instructions and wish to preface that I have been cutting tile for a few years, now. I purchased this as I had some specialty cuts to make and thought this may be a great solution; especially with glass tile. This is NOT a good solution. This just broke and chipped my tile. It is NOT easy to use and takes a lot of effort, skill and a steady hand.I'd be satisfied to have my money back to move on. If this review doesn't get printed, then there's something wrong with the process.

Only attempt with smaller tiles!
I was practicing with tiles that were 8×8" inch or smaller, and it did amazingly well...so then I advanced to a 13×13" tile, and it couldn't handle the job...close to the starting point, it cut along the line, but about halfway thru, it veered off and the last half was jagged...I ruined an expensive tile, and im trying to figure out how the guy in the video cut the huge tile with such ease🤔🤔...if this had been promoted for smaller tiles only, I would have given it a 5 star, but I'm a tad bitter about ruining a big expensive tile

Great tool with limitations
Great little tool. I had a guy coming to lay new flooring in my bathroom, he messed up the underlayment so bad that I said "your not coming back to do the tile". So off I was to do it on my own. I didn't want to shell out for a tile cutter, and this was cheaper than renting one from the store. So I figured 'why not'.Well I was extremely pleased with how easy it was to use. It does require a good deal of force and a little bit of technique. So practice until you are sure of yourself. But once you get it down, it goes pretty smoothly.Pros:Easy to use.Does more or less the same work for a fraction of the price.Cons:It will kill your hands, if you are doing a big job or have trouble with your hands in general, maybe just go ahead and rent a tile saw.Probably should be common sense, but it can't do square cuts. It can do straight lines or curved lines, but don't think you are going to cut a square out of a corner with this. For that you will probably need an actual tile saw.

Only works on regular tile
This product doesn’t work on composite or stone. It broke the tiles I was trying to cut in the wrong spots.

Work just like they showed
I’m glad I got this. I was wondering if I needed to get a full on tile table saw. This worked so good.

Just okay...
This is a decent cutter, but definitely not for anything other than a small, easy job. I received my cutter a few weeks, maybe a month ago. It worked PERFECTLY on the sample tile that accompanied it. Not so much on the actual tile I wanted to use it on, which was thicker (also ceramic) tile. It also required a lot more pressing power than is made clear in their videos, which makes it more difficult to get a precision cut in anything other than a straight line. Overall I think it's handy to have around, although maybe not necessarily worth the price. I'll keep it, it can never hurt to have a decent glass cutter on hand and from the looks of the return process it's not worth the effort and annoyance. Ultimately though, if you're doing a tile job or cutting a large quantity of something this is not the right tool. I ended up just purchasing a wet saw and I love it, should have just gone with that in the first place and I'd have saved $40!

Don’t buy
I tried the product and it would not cut. Sent it back and had to pay for the shipping. Then I find out we the refunded me they charged a restocking fee of over $6.00. I would not buy this item and would look for free shipping and no restocking fee. I am a prime member and this was the first time I experienced these charges. They got me this time but never again.

Awesome product!
It’s a great product but because it arrived very late I received my money back. I am in Canada and it wasn’t the sellers fault so I still want to pay him.
